-
Communication grows stronger—the child and caregiver learn to talk about feelings with more trust, openness, and connection.
-
Every calm moment strengthens the bond, building resilience and emotional safety together.
Why the Frazzles Work
-
They externalize emotions, helping children see feelings as something they have, not something they are.
-
Frazzles™ make big feelings visible and understandable, instead of confusing or overwhelming.
-
They teach emotional literacy and that emotions are messengers meant to guide us, not problems to hide or ignore.
-
Children feel less shame and more curiosity, exploring emotions through playful characters.
-
Frazzles™ reduce power struggles by shifting from “What’s wrong?” to “Which Frazzle™ showed up and what is it trying to tell us?”.
-
The Frazzles™ build communication and connection skills strengthening emotional connection with self and others.
-
When a child sees their Frazzle™ turn light blue, they experience success, building confidence and resilience that lasts a lifetime.

Meet the Feeling Frazzles™
In Emotionopolis™, big feelings don’t stay hidden. When a child experiences a strong emotion like anger, worry, sadness, jealousy or shame, a fuzzy creature called a Feeling Frazzle ™ appears. Each Frazzle™ represents an emotional state that’s gotten a little too big to handle alone. These creatures aren’t bad----they’re emotional messengers, showing up to say “I need help, comfort, and tools right now.”
Their appearance signals that the child needs support, co-regulation, and coping skills to activate their inner superpowers and return to calm. As the child uses strategies like super swirl breathing, grounding, super pose, movement, calming self-talk and more, the Frazzle™ becomes tamed and turns light blue—the universal color of regulation and calm in Emotionoplis™.
